When Abbie was only 17 years old, she began her journey to become a presenter writing weekly columns for the Telegraph, which was running an annual 3-month program for young people in the Grimsby region.
Speaking about the program in an interview with the Telegraph, Abbie stated how proud she was of the experience, both mentioning it as her first experience in her resume.
After working with the Telegraph, he moved to several other independent companies that included, establishing contacts on Channel 4, performing on community radio in Lincolnshire, running, writing scripts and researching for East Coast Pictures, as well as other independent jobs for people like ITV and BBC Lincolnshire.
Five years after the Telegraph program, Abby finally got her “dream job” as a time presenter for BBC Look North. She used social networks to share the good news with her friends and followers.
Apart from working for BBC , she runs herself a Youtube Channel “Confessions of a Weather Girl”.
