Michael Jackson was an American singer, famous as the”King of Pop”. Michael became a global figure because of his different music and unique dance style. His beginning as a part of Jackson 5 music group at the age of five, paved the way to become a great solo artist. Michael produced the best selling album of the history ever “Thriller” in 1982. The early life of Michael Jackson
Michael Joseph Jackson was born on August 29, 1958 in Gary, Indiana to Joseph Jackson and Katherine Esther Scruse. Michael father was a guitarist once, but later on he had to leave it to support his family and worked in the U.S steel as a crane operator. Although Michael’s father was a hot-tempered man and keep very harsh behavior with his children but still Michael’s father played a big role in showcasing the talent of his sons, urged them to form a musical group. The album remained number three on the Billboard 200 and 20 millions copies were sold out worldwide. The most hit tracks “Don’t Stop ’til You Get Enough,” “Rock with You,” won him plenty of awards including a Grammy Award.In 1980, Michael’s another hit album “Triumph” was a big commercial success with 1 Million copies sold worldwide. In 1982, Michael’s album “Thriller” became the best selling album of all the time with the sale of 65 Million copies worldwide. It topped the U.S Billboard 100, with Grammy and other awards victories and earned fame to Michael around the globe. He also choreographed his famous dance “The Moonwalk” for his hits “Billie Jean” and “Beat it” and mesmerized the world with his unique style.
Michael signed a commercial deal of $5 Million with PepsiCo to promote its products in 1983. The deal proved commercially significant for the Michael and for PepsiCo. But in 1984, during a promotional performance of PepsiCo, Michael was injured badly and had to undergo plastic surgery. In 1987, Jackson released his album “Bad” which was another commercial success.

In 1993, allegation of child sexual abuse aroused against Michael Jackson when Jordan Chandler a 13-year boy and the son of Evan Chandler, a dentist, adduced that Michael Jackson fiddled with him. The Chandler family claimed payment agianst the charge but Jackson turned down the claim at first but later on negotiated with the Chandler family out of the court. After the incident Jackson declared his marriage with Lisa Marie Presley.
Jackson was criticized of drooping his son from the balcony while accosting his fans. In the documentary “Living with Michael Jackson” by British journalist Martin Bashir, Michael avowed the sleepovers with children at his ranch.Michael suffered another catastrophe when he was arrested on indictment pertinent to the molestation of a 13-year old boy previous year.Michael faced 10 counts in all, of indecency with a minor, intoxication and child molestation. Jackson turned his thumbs down from all the allegations and said that the sleepovers with the children were not voluptuous. Michael Jackson was acquitted of all the allegations on 14 June 2005, because during trial more than 100 people testified before the court that Michael was not incriminated in child molestation. After the trial, Jackson moved to Bahrain, as a guest of Sheikh Abdullah.
In dire straights, Michael divulged in a press conference in March 2009, that he would be performing a series of gigs titled “This is it” and his “final curtain call”at O2 Arena in London and some other countries. Michael scraped together from these Concerts and earned approximately £50 Million from the first 10.
Michael Jackson died on June 23, 2009, due to Cardiac arrest in Los Angeles at the age of 50. The catastrophic death of Michael Jackson spread in nothing flat eventualized in an outburst of fans bereavement all over the world.
